1930~1945 was one of the hardest time for Americans.
Nazi and Japanese were getting stronger, the economic was colapsing, and a Dust Bowl accured in America, causing serious ecological and agricutural damage to American Lands. Americans were very depressed at this period and people call these days, The Great Depression.
At the period of Great Depression, both rich and poor were affected economically. Personal incomes were low, profits and prices dropped, unemployment in USA rose, and companies and industries suffered in pain.
People in US were very depressed, and were sick and tired of the war. People’s exhausted mind led them to believe the fiction radio broadcasting , ‘War of the Worlds’.
